Spumos

Spumos is a liquid detergent brand dedicated to families who value gentle, safe, and friendly cleanliness – inspired by Romanian fairy tales. Our challenge at BroHouse branding agency was to create a complete brand strategy, a memorable logo design, and a unified packaging design system for four unique scents – each with its own personality, yet all part of the same warm and enchanting universe. The visual story blends sensory elements and pastel tones to transform an everyday product into a visual and emotional experience for the entire family.

Logo design that feels like a touch, not a symbol

The Spumos logo design reflects the heart of the brand – soft cleanliness, honest care, and calm optimism. We built the identity around the principle of simplicity that inspires trust. The rounded, airy letterforms express delicacy and naturalness, evoking the pleasant texture of foam. The result is a logo that smiles subtly and communicates purity without feeling artificial or distant.

The chosen marine blue hue completes this calm balance. In a world of rigid and technical identities, Spumos stands out for its humanity and visual warmth. It’s a logo that feels close – sincere, clean, and memorable – just like the brand’s promise to bring gentle care to every touch.

Packaging design with a story

The packaging design of Spumos tells a story – that of Făt Spumos, a kind hero who fights dirt without harming the skin. Inspired by traditional Romanian folklore, this character becomes a symbol of care and sincere cleanliness. Made entirely of foam, Făt Spumos adds a note of magic and empathy, transforming a household product into a charming companion for families and children. Each variant of the product has its own identity, with colors and expressions that reflect the personality and story of every formula. Spumos’ packaging design combines storytelling and functionality, making its liquid detergent both enchanting and safe for everyday family use.

Sensory packaging: soft textures, warm colors, gentle touch

Every detail of Spumos’ packaging design was created to embrace rounded shapes, warm light, soft textures, and pastel tones that evoke calm and safety. The bottle design feels familiar and comforting – no harsh contrasts, no exaggerated claims – just honest design built on care and simplicity. Spumos’ packaging design creates an emotional bond with parents who want a trustworthy, gentle, and kind product. It doesn’t just sell cleanliness; it conveys a feeling – a gentler world, with every touch. Discover how Spumos combines thoughtful packaging design with a gentle liquid detergent for a safe and pleasant cleaning experience for the whole family.

A brand narrative inspired by fairy tales

From the visuals to the voice, everything in the Spumos universe follows the same narrative: a fairy-tale world where cleanliness isn’t a cold fight but an act of love and care. “Clean as in fairy tales – tough on dirt, gentle on skin.” With this philosophy, Spumos becomes the first cleaning brand to build an imaginative universe – with characters, emotion, and personality – in a category dominated by technical tones and soulless messages. The BroHouse team crafted this narrative with attention to every emotional and visual detail, ensuring the packaging design and logo design work together to bring the fairy-tale world of Spumos to life.

  • What I appreciated most was the genuine sense of partnership - I felt that they were working with us, not just for us. They had an outstanding ability to understand exactly what we had envisioned (and at times, even more) and to translate it into a coherent and impactful visual identity and communication strategy.
