This courier company is one of the pioneers of this industry, which has succeeded in moving from an early stage of development to a sustainable stage, with huge growth potential. In order to understand this industry and its future, we analyzed the local and international competition. As the interest rate for this service began to develop, we searched to come up with a descriptive sound name, that offers the potential for communication with future customers. The wordmark manages to gain an easy understanding for everyone. The name clearly communicates the field of activity and the nature of the services. “Ecco” – which means “care and interest for the environment”, “Courier” – the intermediary of the correspondence. And, I said everything. We choose green color that offer a strong appreciation for life. Green color is the “gift” that stimulates movement and a well-being.
Once the purpose and principles of work were defined, the visual identity was aligned with them. The graphic solution found by the BroHouse team is predominantly typographic. The graphic around the two letters “C” inside the name Ecco, suggests a generic and minimalist execution “bicycle”, which is the main business model. Today the bicycle is an “ambassador” of urban civilization, which tends to become a powerful social symbol. It’s simple, cheap and very efficient way of transport. This business model has a strong competitive advantage for a niche that is not heavily used and known by most of the courier service industry. The bicycle meaning is a transport by a person, and the transport offered by the Ecco courier, offers a warm human touch and personal side as well.
