When human resources will embrace branding, wonders will happen. The effects of branding are also visible in the value and performance of HR in the recruitment arena. The employee’s life in the HR department may be much easier and more efficient, with one condition: HR to be committed in a serious partnership with an internal or external expert branding. And of course followed by the most frequent and direct participation of the management.

Certainly, a faulty management will never support such a process, which is not a concrete, tangible, material product that is built of mental elements: perceptions, principles and beliefs about a particular company.
